How to sign a PDF

1. Select a PDF — drop the file or click Select PDF (max 80 MB).
2. Create a signature — Draw with your finger/mouse, Type your name, or Upload a PNG/JPEG.
3. Place it — click the page preview where the signature should go (use Prev/Next for other pages).
4. Download — click Download signed PDF.

What you can do

• Draw a freehand signature on a pad
• Type a name in a script-style font
• Upload an existing signature image
• Place multiple signatures across pages
• Resize before placing with the size slider

This stamps a signature image onto the PDF (like printing and signing). It is not a cryptographic digital certificate (PKCS#7 / DocuSign-style).

Are my files uploaded? No. Signing runs entirely in your browser tab.

Is this a legally binding e-signature? It produces a visual signature on the PDF. Legal validity depends on your jurisdiction and the document — for certificate-based signing, use a qualified e-sign provider.

Can I sign password-protected PDFs? Unlock first with Remove PDF password, then sign.

Can I move a placed signature? Remove it from the list and place again. Drag-to-move is not included in this version.
