Photo tips for SEBI Grade A
- IBPS and most public-sector bank forms specify 200×230 px (passport) with a white background — crop before compressing if your original is larger.
- Face should occupy 70–80% of the frame; tie or collar visible, eyes open, no red-eye.
Signature tips
- Bank forms often want signature on white paper at roughly 140×60 px — use a dark pen and avoid stamps overlapping the sign.
How to resize for SEBI Grade A
- Read the official IBPS/SBI/RBI notification for exact pixel and KB limits for the current cycle.
- Crop photo to passport proportions (often 200×230 px) before running compression.
- Compress signature separately — bank portals validate width/height as well as KB.
- Log in to the bank's career portal, upload, and wait for the green tick preview.
- If upload fails, reduce dimensions slightly and re-compress rather than only lowering quality.
