Job DescriptionPromote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.

Draft, review, and negotiate investment documents. Manage legal due diligence across corporate, IP, employment, and regulatory areas. Advise on structuring, governance rights, ESOPs, cap tables, and founder obligations. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA/FDI norms, and sectoral regulations. Support portfolio companies on contracts, fundraising rounds, and governance matters. Collaborate with global investment, tax, and compliance teams.

The Successful Applicant / 3 - 5 years of post qualification experience, preferably at Tier I or II law firmsStrong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and organisational skills.
