Job DescriptionReview, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts (direct & indirect) and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and support to the procurement team on matters related to vendor agreements, risk management, and compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve legal issues arising in procurement processes.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to procurement activities. Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant laws and regulations affecting the FMCG industry. Assist in developing templates and guidelines for procurement contracts. Support the resolution of disputes or claims arising from procurement activities. Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documentation.

The Successful Applicant5-8 years of post qualification experienceExperience in multi-jurisdiction procurement contracts (direct & indirect) is a mustStrong knowledge of procurement processes and legal compliance

requirements. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
