- Open the official West Bengal Social Security Portal (link below — not third-party sites).
- Log in with registered mobile number + OTP, or use Track Applicant / Beneficiary Status.
- Enter Application ID, Aadhaar number, or registered mobile number as prompted.
- View status: Pending · Under Verification · Approved · Rejected.
- For payment: open Payment Status / DBT section — confirm credit in bank passbook or UPI statement.

How to check ₹3,000 DBT payment status
On the portal, open Payment Status after logging in. You can also confirm credit via bank passbook, SMS from your bank, or UPI/ net banking — look for a government DBT credit from June 2026 onwards.

- Aadhaar Card (linked to bank account)
- Ration card / address proof
- Aadhaar-linked bank passbook or account details

Common questions
When will the first ₹3,000 payment start?
Per the 19 May 2026 notification, DBT credits begin from 1 June 2026 to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts. The public launch event is scheduled for 3 June 2026.
Do I need to apply for Annapurna Bhandar if I have Lakshmir Bhandar?
Existing Lakshmir Bhandar beneficiaries should verify/update records on the Social Security Portal. Lakshmir continues until Annapurna is fully implemented. New enrolment opens 1 June 2026 for others.
Why is my May 2026 payment delayed?
Annapurna Bhandar payments start from June 2026. Lakshmir Bhandar instalments follow their own schedule. Check both application status and bank DBT entries on the official portal.
