Senior Product Designer Location: Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CAWork Model: Hybrid — 2 days per week in officeCompensation: $110,000–$160,000 base salary We’re partnering with a client for this search: a fast-growing consumer technology company building a social platform that brings people together through sports, games, and shared experiences.

About the Design TeamThe design team values creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail.

They enjoy exploring new experiences together, exchanging ideas, and continuously improving their craft. The team balances high standards with a collaborative, fun environment. What You’ll DoDesign engaging user experiences across iOS, Android, web, and tablet platforms. Collaborate with designers through ideation sessions, design critiques, and feedback. Own the end-to-end design process, from concept through implementation.

Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing design standards and practices. Create scalable design solutions and contribute to the evolution of the design system. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to influence product direction and decisions. Share your expertise, mentor other designers, and help elevate the team's overall design quality. What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of full-time Product Design experience.

A strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals, problem-solving, and craft. Experience owning the design process from initial concept through implementation. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence product decisions across functions. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of design proficiency. Expertise in or strong knowledge of design systems and related processes.

A proactive, collaborative mindset and interest in working on a small, impactful team. Nice to HaveA degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), web or media design, human-centered design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
