About the RoleOur client, a major national grocery retailer, is seeking a Product Manager to own product planning and delivery for retail demand forecasting and merchandising technology, supporting implementation and ongoing development of Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) and Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). Own roadmap priorities and delivery while working directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners. What You’ll DoCreate and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and define minimum viable product criteria for enhancements and new capabilities. Translate business and forecasting needs into clear, measurable, testable, and traceable technical

requirements. Facilitate

requirements workshops, demos, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI planning. Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team deliverables through implementation, using product metrics and stakeholder feedback to guide decisions and communicate progress. What We’re Looking ForProven demand forecasting experience supporting business, product, or planning decisions. Product management experience owning

requirements, roadmap priorities, backlogs, and delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills across business teams, technical teams, vendors, and external partners. Hands-on Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, and managing competing priorities through implementation. Preferred Experience: Oracle RDF, Oracle RMS, retail product or demand forecasting, and presenting recommendations or product updates to business leaders.
