Job Description and QualificationsMust be amenable to work 100% onsite at our WNS Bridgetowne Site. Facilitate training programs focused on Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Sabre and AmadeusCertified in Sabre and Amadeus with a Corporate Travel Account experience.
Lead onboarding and continuous training for process associates within the assigned line of business (LOB)Design, develop, and facilitate training modules (new hire, refresher, upskilling)Conduct training needs analysis and identify performance gapsMonitor and evaluate trainee progress and endorse for certificationPartner with Operations, Quality, and Clients for process updates and calibrationMaintain training documentation, reports, and learning materialsSupport audit and compliance
requirements related to training.
