Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leadsCreate, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTubeMonitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and user engagement to continuously optimize content and strategyEngage with other social media users, potential customers, and industry professionals on behalf of clients to build community and brand presenceAnalyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights, tracking website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and other KPIsManage social media advertising campaigns, including budget oversight, A/B testing, and performance trackingStay updated on emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effectiveCollaborate with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital voice
