About the RoleOutsource Recruiter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in staffing agencies, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across both boutique and high-volume hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can balance quality and speed while delivering top-tier talent.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts and requisitionsHandle both boutique (specialized/niche) and volume hiring requirementsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needsSource candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreachConduct screenings and assessmentsMaintain candidate records in Manatal CRMCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communicationTrack recruitment pipelines and tasks using AsanaEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environmentProven experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong background in both niche/boutique and high-volume hiringAbility to source hard-to-find and specialized talentExperience using Manatal or other recruitment systemsExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for remote or outsourced roles serving US and Canadian clients.
