Recruitment Manager

About the RoleAs the Recruitment Manager – Business Professionals, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment across business support functions while partnering with senior leaders to meet hiring objectives. You'll mentor recruitment team members, champion direct sourcing strategies, leverage ATS and AI-enabled recruitment tools, and ensure an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Business Professional roles across global offices and centers. Execute approved hiring plans aligned with business needs. Drive direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality passive talent and reduce agency reliance. Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand workforce needs. Manage recruitment activities from intake through onboarding. Develop talent pipelines across multiple business functions.

Mentor and support Recruitment Specialists and Coordinators. Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recruitment governance. Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, hiring sources, and cost savings. Utilize ATS platforms and AI-enabled recruitment workflows to improve efficiency. Coordinate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and recruitment projects. Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent. Extensive recruitment experience at Manager level. Strong end-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment experience from intake through offer stage. Experience recruiting Business Professional functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Business Development, or similar support functions.

Experience recruiting across multiple jurisdictions within a regional or multinational environment (minimum APAC exposure). Proven success using direct sourcing methodologies. Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business leaders. Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing recruitment team members. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience using technology and AI to improve recruitment processes.

Advanced English communication skills. Willingness and flexibility to support stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Good-to-HaveGlobal recruitment experience. Previous recruitment experience within a law firm. Experience using Avature.
