The ideal candidate has a strong background in HMO, healthcare insurance, or employee

benefits, with proven experience in acquiring corporate clients, managing broker and partner relationships, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new corporate accounts, SMEs, brokers, agencies, and strategic partners. Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share within the Davao and Mindanao region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers. Conduct client presentations, healthcare benefit discussions, and proposal presentations. Prepare quotations, healthcare proposals, and customized employee benefit packages. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements with prospective clients and partners.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to account acquisition, onboarding, implementation, and post-sales account management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account implementation and excellent customer experience. Drive account renewals, client retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support growth strategies.

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development reports. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in HMO, healthcare insurance, or employee

benefits, with a focus on:Business DevelopmentCorporate SalesAccount ManagementCorporate Client AcquisitionProven experience managing corporate accounts, employer groups, or enterprise clients. Strong background in preparing healthcare proposals, benefit presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations. Experience managing brokers, agencies, intermediaries, or strategic channel partners. Proven track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools. Willing to travel and conduct regular field work across the Davao and Mindanao region. Highly PreferredCandidates with experience from HMO providers or healthcare insurance organizations are highly preferred.
