in Pasig Philippines. The Role: What You’ll DoAs a Process Excellence Officer, you will lead high-visibility projects that directly influence our operational bottom line. Your focus will be on identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and fostering a "continuous improvement" mindset across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Process Transformation: Lead the diagnosis, design, and implementation of process improvements.

Map "As-Is" workflows to eliminate redundancies and maximize output. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends. Turn raw data into actionable insights and business cases for senior leadership. Project Management & Governance: Manage a portfolio of improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen). Ensure projects are delivered on time and that gains are sustained through robust monitoring plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal consultant for departments such as Operations, Finance, and HR. Lead workshops to align stakeholders on optimized ways of working. Change Management: Develop training materials and communication plans to ensure new processes are adopted smoothly and enthusiastically by the workforce.

Automation Identification: Partner with IT and RPA teams to identify processes ripe for automation, ensuring a "process-first" approach to digital transformation. Who You AreTo be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and influential leadership.

Qualifications & ExperienceBackground: 3–5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Management Consulting. Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt is a significant plus). Technical Skills: Proficient in process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio) and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
