Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end site acquisition, Right-of-Way (ROW), and permitting activities for telecom sites. Identify, assess, and negotiate commercial lease agreements with landowners and property owners. Review ownership and property documents and secure all

requirements supporting lease contracts. Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and expedite approvals. Monitor ROW and permitting progress to ensure project timelines are met. Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. Develop and execute achievable project plans while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Conduct onsite visits as needed to support project delivery.

Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Right-of-Way (ROW), site acquisition, and permitting. Strong experience coordinating with LGUs for permits, document processing, and regulatory approvals. Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred. , condominium or commercial developments) is a strong advantage. Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
