If you have experience in staffing coordination, workforce analytics, and stakeholder management, we'd love to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesManage resource deployment based on business needs, skills, and availability. Partner with business leaders on staffing and workforce planning.

Monitor utilization, capacity, and forecasting to support business objectives. Coordinate staffing to ensure the right talent is assigned to the right projects. Analyze workforce data and recommend resource optimization strategies. Build strong relationships with stakeholders while managing competing priorities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 3 years of Resource Management experience.

At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and resource allocation is highly preferred. Willing to work in a Hybrid setup.
