One of our clients is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Payment Posting Specialist. IMPORTANT: client requires on-camera during working hours (not recording) Roles/

Responsibilities/Tasks:Post insurance payments (EOBs/ERAs) accurately and timelyPost patient payments (cash, credit card, online payments)Reconcile daily deposits and payment batchesIdentify and flag discrepancies, underpayments, and denialsWork closely with AR team on corrections and follow-upsMaintain productivity and accuracy standardsAll payments must be posted within 24–48 hours of receiptZero tolerance for errors or unbalanced batches Requrements:Minimum 2+ years experience in medical payment postingStrong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, adjustments, and insurance payments.

Strong understanding of reconcilation and payment batches. Strong office skills to include proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF Pro and Outlook.
