LauLau is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and exceptionally reliable Litigation Paralegal to support our US-based law firm clients. This role requires extensive experience supporting attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, a strong understanding of US court procedures and filing

requirements, and the ability to manage complex litigation matters with precision and professionalism in a high-performance remote environment.

Key

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout all stages of civil litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings. Draft, review, proofread, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, affidavits, correspondence, and other litigation documents. Prepare and manage court filings in federal and state courts while ensuring compliance with jurisdiction-specific rules and deadlines.

Conduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, regulations, and procedural

requirements. Coordinate and manage discovery, including document production, evidence organization, privilege reviews, and exhibit preparation. Maintain case files, litigation databases, document management systems, and attorney work product with exceptional accuracy. Track court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and filing schedules to ensure timely case progression.

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors. Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, trial binders, exhibit lists, and courtroom preparation. Utilize AI tools and legal technologies to improve workflow efficiency, document management, legal research, and litigation support processes.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience, including at least 2 recent years working within a US law firm. Strong working knowledge of US civil litigation procedures, federal and state court systems, and court filing

requirements. Common-law training and demonstrated experience supporting litigation matters from case initiation through trial. Extensive experience preparing pleadings, discovery documents, motions, exhibits, and trial materials. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple litigation deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure, particularly in deadline-driven litigation matters.

Excellent legal writing, proofreading, document review, and legal research skills. Strong organizational, case management, and document management capabilities. Excellent legal-grade written English and professional verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential legal information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism. Advanced, hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to enhance work performance and productivity.
