Job Title: Head of Growth / Outbound Growth Strategy & OperationsLocation: RemoteSkills: B2B Outbound, Email Marketing, LI, Copywriting, Campaign Strategy We are hiring a Head of Growth / Outbound Growth Strategy & Operations lead and optimize our outbound client acquisition engine. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands B2B outbound, cold email, LinkedIn, campaign testing, analytics, copywriting, and growth operations.

We already have a research team finding open jobs, a LinkedIn specialists, and a marketing automation expert using tools like Clay, n8n, AI, and outbound platforms. Now we need the person who can bring it all together. You will be the conductor of the orchestra — owning strategy, messaging, analytics, optimization, and execution across our outbound growth engine.

What You’ll OwnBuild and improve outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and other channelsCreate playbooks for open-job outreach, client reactivation, lead nurturing, MPC/candidate marketing, and account expansionWrite and optimize B2B outbound copy, subject lines, follow-ups, and CTAsRun A/B tests and use data to improve reply rates, positive replies, meetings, job orders, and revenue outcomesAnalyze campaign performance by market, vertical, message, lead source, and recruiterWork closely with research, automation, sales, and leadership to improve lead quality and conversionBring new ideas, tools, workflows, and strategies to make our outbound engine stronger What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in B2B outbound growth, demand generation, sales development, revenue operations, or growth operationsStrong hands-on experience with cold outbound emailExcellent B2B copywriting and campaign strategy skillsStrong analytical ability and comfort with campaign reporting, testing, and optimizationExperience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platformsStrong written EnglishHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple people, tools, and campaignsExperience in recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or B2B services is a strong plus You’ll Be a Great Fit If You AreStrategic but hands-onAnalytical but creativeStrong with copy, data, and campaign executionComfortable challenging assumptions and bringing new ideasObsessed with improving reply rates, conversion rates, and revenue outcomesExcited to build a scalable outbound growth engine If you are a strong B2B outbound growth operator who can combine strategy, analytics, messaging, and execution, we’d love to hear from you.
