This Junior Product Growth Manager role will play an integral part in the success of our product development team. Your main responsibility will be to help shape product decisions with real-world data. What you'll do:Work alongside our commercial and technical teams on a variety of products, to translate user feedback into product improvements.

Conduct direct outreach to potential customers, gather feedback, and refine our product-market fit hypotheses. Take the lead on growth experiments — from brainstorming ideas to measuring their impact — in order to find scalable strategies.

What we're looking for:Fluent English language skills. Critical thinking, a high level of independence, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You're self-driven, unafraid to experiment, and okay with pivoting when something doesn't work. You rapidly pick up new tools or concepts and put them into practice. You empathize with customers and actively seek their feedback to guide your decisions. Good familiarity or previous exposure with modern AI tools and ecosystems — such as Codex, agentic AI workflows, Perplexity, and similar frontier technologies — is a plus.
