Role reports to:FinOps Team LeadLocation:Asia Pacific, Philippines, Metro Manila, TaguigWork Location:HybridWhat you will doThe Financial Operations (FinOps) Analyst, General Accounting is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies while providing analytical support to improve financial performance. This role reports to the Team Lead, General Accounting and is based in Taguig, Philippines. Work shift is mid shift, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations.

Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks. Reconcile general ledger accounts and address any discrepancies. Maintain the integrity of financial data in the accounting system. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Analyze financial results and explain variances. Support internal and external audit

requirements, including providing documentation and schedules. Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company accounting policies. Monitor and enhance internal controls and accounting processes. , Procurement, AP, AR) ) to ensure accurate reporting. Identify ways to improve processes and automate tasks. Run automation processes using KNIME and Excel macros. , SAP, Oracle, or similar), is an advantage but not a requirement.
