General Ledger Supervisor (APAC)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced General Ledger Supervisor to lead the month-end close and financial reporting activities across APAC entities. This role will oversee general accounting operations, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger & Financial ReportingLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications. Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze financial results and investigate variances. Support preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages. Team LeadershipSupervise and mentor GL accountants.

Monitor team performance and ensure close deadlines are met. Provide coaching and technical accounting guidance. APAC Regional AccountingSupport accounting activities across multiple APAC countries and legal entities. Ensure compliance with local accounting and reporting

requirements. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors. Controls & ComplianceMaintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Support internal and external audit

requirements. Drive process improvements and close optimization initiatives. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.5+ years of General Ledger or General Accounting experience. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. APAC regional accounting experience required. Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar. Advanced Excel skills.
