Executive Assistant

Role OverviewAs the Executive Assistant to the President, you will serve as a strategic liaison, analytical partner, and operational gatekeeper for the President of Suyen Corporation. This is not a traditional secretarial role. We are seeking a licensed or graduate Industrial Engineer who can apply engineering methodologies—such as process optimization, data-driven analysis, and systems efficiency—to the highest level of corporate management.

You will dive deep into the operations of our retail, food, manufacturing, and real estate affiliates, translating complex operational data into actionable insights, preparing high-level briefs, and ensuring that the President’s strategic directives are executed seamlessly across the conglomerate.

Apply Industrial Engineering tools (Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Time & Motion studies) to identify operational bottlenecks across the organization and propose efficiency solutions directly to the President. ⚙️ Project Management & Operational LiaisonTrack and monitor the progress of special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and directives issued by the President to various Business Unit Heads.

Act as the President’s surrogate in operational meetings when required, taking technical notes, evaluating project timelines (PERT/CPM), and ensuring accountability. Streamline the workflows, documentation flow, and communication channels within the Executive Office to maximize the President's daily productivity.

Executive Governance & High-Level CoordinationManage the President’s strategic calendar, prioritizing high-value meetings, site visits, and international travel, ensuring he is fully briefed and prepared with necessary data dashboards beforehand. Draft high-level correspondences, board presentations, speeches, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Handle highly confidential corporate, financial, and legal documents with the utmost discretion.

Job QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Being a Registered/Licensed IE or holding a Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE) title is a significant advantage. Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Project Management, Operations Analysis, or continuous improvement roles (Sigma/Lean). Experience in a fast-paced retail or FMCG conglomerate is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Strong grasp of project management methodologies, workflow mapping, and corporate financial metrics. Soft Skills: * Immaculate verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), diplomacy, and the ability to interface confidently with C-level executives, brand partners, and VIP guests.
