Order Fulfillment & CoordinationTrack, process, and monitor daily online orders from payment confirmation to dispatch. Coordinate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and the e-commerce fulfillment warehouse to ensure timely delivery and resolve shipping delays or lost packages.

Assist in managing product returns, exchanges, and refund requests according to company policy. Customer Care & Chat CommerceManage customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints across all e-commerce chat channels and social commerce platforms in a prompt and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding product features, order statuses, and ongoing online promotions to drive conversion and customer loyalty.

Job QualificationsExperience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, digital retail, or virtual store assistance. Experience managing official stores on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Shopify is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
