Analyst or Accountant - Income Tax Accounting

About The Role Based in our KL Accounting Center, you will be supporting the Company’s US GAAP financial reporting for Global/Asia, working with operational, corporate and finance stakeholders to close monthly accounts, as well as drive process improvements and automation. Responsible for preparation of direct and indirect tax related work. Coordination with tax planner and country field finance departments to review tax matter and accounting impact.

Collaborate with global tax team to improve process by implementing standardization and automation. Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements 1 year of working experience in audit and accounting field - related working experience in multinational company is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in either finance, business information systems, or computer science Knowledge of SAP (or ERP of comparable complexity), common Microsoft 365 apps, Power Automate, VBA, programming languages (such as Java, Python), automation tools (such as Winshuttle) and analytics software (such as Qlik Sense) in shared-service environment and/or multinational company is highly valuable Working experience in accounting/finance and possess professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) Self‑motivated team player with strong automation mindset, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards About the Company Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world‑leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
