Key

* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory

requirements relevant to each process area.* Prepare and present process health dashboards and operational metrics to senior finance leadership.## Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management* Support change management efforts for process rollouts, including training, communication, and adoption tracking.* Manage and coach a team of finance operations staff supporting the four process areas.#
