Job DescriptionServe as a trusted HR Business Partner for product and technology teams, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies for tech roles. Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver strategic projects, talent initiatives, and leadership priorities within the tech ecosystem.

Drive performance management frameworks tailored for technology functions, along with engagement and capability-building programs. Build and manage HR dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech teams. Support organizational design for scaling product and engineering teams, including career architecture and role frameworks.

Lead HR interventions during tech transformations, product pivots, and agile adoption phases. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory

requirements. Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and maturity. Travel periodicallyThe Successful ApplicantMBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school. years of end-to-end HRBP experience with mandatory exposure to product/technology/startup environments. Prior experience partnering with engineering and product teams is non-negotiable. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across tech and leadership levels.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HR analytics. Highly proactive, resourceful, and outcome-oriented - thrives in fast-paced, evolving setups. Demonstrates agility, resilience, and ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure. Fluent in English; familiarity with tech culture and terminology is essential. Willingness to travel and flexibility to support beyond conventional working hours when needed.
