Senior Network EngineerProvide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents. Serve as the escalation point for network outages, performance degradation, and critical business-impacting issues. Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities. Participate in 24x7 support and major incident response processes as required. Collaborate with NOC teams to improve monitoring, alerting, and operational efficiency.

Network Infrastructure ManagementDesign, deploy, maintain, and optimize:Enterprise LAN/WAN environmentsSD-WAN and VPN solutionsData Center networkingCloud networking platformsNetwork security infrastructureLoad balancing technologiesPerform network upgrades, migrations, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

Security & ConnectivityManage enterprise firewall /VPN infrastructure utilizing:Palo Alto NetworksZscalerEnsure compliance with security standards and best practices. Cloud & Data Center NetworkingSupport hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures. Design and troubleshoot connectivity between:On-prem Data CentersPublic Cloud environmentsSaaS platformsOptimize cloud networking, routing, and security policies.

Monitoring & AutomationUtilize enterprise monitoring and observability tools to ensure network availability and performance. Analyze trends and perform proactive capacity management. Develop operational automation and standardization where possible. Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with technology vendors and service providers.

Partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise networking solutions. Provide technical leadership during projects, audits, and architecture reviews. 5+ years supporting large-scale global network environments. Experience managing mission-critical and highly available infrastructures. Proven experience supporting complex, multi-vendor environments.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve high-severity incidents.
