Responsibilities Manage and support the global network infrastructure, covering offices across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN, SilverPeak, Cisco Catalyst, and Meraki networks. Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network components. Perform incident, problem, and change management aligned with ITIL best practices.

Review and execute Change Requests (CRs), ensuring minimal business disruption. Work closely with global teams to implement network upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Manage firewall rules, security policies, and VPN tunnels, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Support wireless networks (Meraki, Aruba) and troubleshoot access-related issues. Ensure network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and escalation support. Document network diagrams, configurations, processes, and procedures. Participate in on-call and rotational shift support (x7 operations). Required Skills & Experience + years of hands-on experience in global enterprise network operations. Strong expertise in: Palo Alto Firewalls (security policies, Panorama, VPNs).

Prisma SD-WAN / SilverPeak SD-WAN (deployment, operations, troubleshooting). Cisco Catalyst switches (layer 2/3 configuration, routing protocols, QoS). Cisco Meraki switches and access points (cloud-managed operations). Wireless technologies, including Aruba APs. Strong knowledge of routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, QoS, NAT, ACLs. Familiar with network monitoring LogicMonitor, PRTG, SolarWinds, or equivalent).

Experience with firewall rule reviews, policy audits, and security compliance. Experience working in financial services/investment banking (preferred). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
