Role Summary:The Senior Business Analyst will independently manage analytical workstreams, working closely with business stakeholders to translate

requirements into structured analyses and actionable insights. This role requires strong business acumen, advanced SQL and Excel capabilities, and the ability to interpret financial statements. The Senior Analyst will lead medium to large analytical modules, guide junior analysts, and ensure clarity and quality across deliverables. They will play a key role in connecting data to commercial and operational performance, especially within manufacturing environmentsExperience & Skills

Requirements:Strong analytical thinking with the ability to independently structure and solve business problemsStrong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical findings to commercial or operational impactAbility to interpret financial statements and analyze trends in revenue, costs, margins, assets, and cash flowsExcellent communication skills to work directly with stakeholders and clarify requirements4+ years of proven experience with SQL and Excel (non-negotiable), including advanced queries and modelingExperience in KPI modeling, pricing analysis, operational efficiency, or supply chain analyticsAbility to guide junior analysts by reviewing their queries, models, and thought processUnderstanding of data structures, relational tables, joins, and query optimization techniquesPrior experience in manufacturing analytics is strongly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders (both internal and external) Willingness to travel as required to meet client needsKey
