This role can be based out of our Gurugram or Mumbai office. Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment professional to support our hiring efforts across India. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates at all levels, help shape our recruitment strategy with a focus on India and collaborate closely with our recruiting team.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple searches, with focus on experienced hire-level hiresIndependently drive and execute recruiting for Entry Level in India, supporting other regions when neededDesign and implement innovative, India-specific strategies to attract, engage, and secure the best talentBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and candidatesOversee the internal employee referral program, ensuring timely responses and proper candidate trackingInitiate and own special projects related to recruiting process improvements, training, and other human capital initiativesAnalyse and evaluate recruiting season results, including survey data, source and diversity statistics, and business feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative changes to recruiting practices periodically Experience Required:At least 6+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environmentExperience in hiring across all levelsExperience working in professional services or other client-driven environments in IndiaProven track record in hiring talent within strategy consulting, good knowledge of market trends, competitors, and general talent availability across India Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structureExperience developing and utilizing analytics to make sound recommendations and decisionsSkills and Attributes: Outstanding organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, high attention to detail and ability to convey a narrative through the use of data and researchStrong sense of ownership and experience proactively taking initiative, collaboratively driving strategy, using sound judgment to prioritize requests, and working with minimal directionFamiliarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Creative, proactive, and adaptable with an ability to drive changeOpen-minded and see change as an opportunity rather than a challengeOliver Wyman, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is a management consulting firm combining deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise to help clients optimize their business, improve operations and accelerate performance.
