Job Title: Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer (Senior Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineer Major Capital Projects) (On-Site Qatar) Location: Qatar Experience: 12-15 years (8 years GCC experience) Job Type: Full Time Job Brief Are you an experienced engineer looking to work on large and challenging projects? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in major capital projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering design, construction supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery within the Arabian Gulf region. Responsibilities Lead and support the engineering, design, and construction activities of major capital projects. Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. Review engineering designs, technical documents, and construction plans.

Manage engineering activities for projects located near coastal and marine environments. Work closely with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to project teams. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. Lead engineering teams and support successful project delivery in line with Qatar Energy standards and

requirements. Identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical). Minimum 15 years of post-qualification engineering experience. At least 8 years of experience as a Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineer on major capital projects valued at QAR 100 million or above. Experience working with contracting or consulting companies on large and complex projects. Minimum 10 years of engineering experience within the Arabian Gulf region.

Proven experience in the design and construction of buildings located near coastlines or marine environments. Strong experience in multidisciplinary engineering coordination for major projects. Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering projects according to Qatar Energy standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qatar UPDA Grade A certification is highly preferred. Why Join Us?
