Engineering Manager Technology We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our talented group of software engineers in the development and maintenance of our high-performance trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, preferably in the trading/ crypto industry, along with proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of high-frequency trading systems and algorithms. Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and other stakeholders to understand business

requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage the full software development lifecycle, from

requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure that all code produced by the team meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise trading strategies and enhance system efficiency and scalability. Stay abreast of the latest developments in financial markets, trading technologies, and regulatory

requirements, and incorporate relevant advancements into our systems and processes. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team.

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Golang/ React Js/ React Native, with a focus on high-performance, low-latency systems. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading concepts, and electronic trading platforms. , FIX protocol, market data feeds, order execution).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
