Data Platform Architect Lead the design and realization of scalable, cloud-native and hybrid data platforms and architectures that enable analytics, AI, and enterprise data operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES Data Platform Engineering Lead design of modern data platforms (lakehouse, distributed data platforms) on cloud and for hybrid deployments Define platform components including storage, compute, and serving layers Enable scalable and performant data processing using batch and streaming frameworks Data Integration & Pipelines Define and implement ingestion and transformation frameworks.

Standardize pipeline design for reliability, reusability, and performance Ensure efficient data movement across internal and external systems Performance & Reliability Optimize data platforms for scalability, cost, and latency Define monitoring, observability, and failure handling mechanisms Platform Controls & Enablement Embed data lifecycle controls including ingestion validation, processing standards, and consumption readiness Align platform design with security, access control, and compliance

requirements Enable self-service data access and standardized data consumption patterns Delivery & Stakeholder Management Act as design authority for data platform and architecture workstreams Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and governance teams Lead solution design, technology selection, and implementation oversight KEY

QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platforms. Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale cloud and hybrid data platforms. Experience with modern data stacks (, Databricks, Snowflake) and cloud services. Deep understanding of data modeling, distributed processing, and data pipeline design. Experience implementing scalable ETL/ELT and streaming architectures.

Familiarity with data security, access control, and platform governance considerations. International travel in the region (up to 40%) is required.
