000 (net) Job OverviewAs the Tax & Finance Specialist, you will own the day-to-day corporate tax compliance and core transactional financial accounting frameworks (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) for Clogent. You will be responsible for ensuring absolute compliance with the latest Indonesian tax codes, computing monthly and corporate tax returns, and executing daily cash flow allocations with zero margin for error.

This role requires an immediate structural partner who possesses a sharp analytical focus to prevent tax penalty exposures, coupled with exceptional speed and attention to detail to keep operational ledger accounts perfectly balanced.

Job DescriptionTax Compliance & Filing Execution: Prepare, review, and execute accurate monthly and annual Indonesian tax returns (SPT Masa/Tahunan), including Article 21, 22, 23, 4(2), 25, and corporate Value Added Tax (VAT / PPN) via state e-tax portals.

Accounts Payable (AP) Governance: Manage the end-to-end expenditure approval cycle, verifying third-party vendor invoices, ensuring corresponding tax withholdings (withholding tax slips / Bukti Potong) are correctly generated, and managing payment timelines.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Oversight: Supervise customer and marketplace platform incoming revenue statements, verifying transaction records, generating precise corporate tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), and identifying ledger discrepancies immediately. Regulatory Monitoring: Serve as the financial team’s internal advisory engine on local tax regulations, continuously applying updated Indonesian tax laws (including UU HPP updates) to reduce tax penalty risks.

Tax Audit & Reconciliation Support: Lead routine reconciliations between operational financial ledgers and tax records (Equalization), compiling audit-ready documentation to support the Finance Manager during internal checks or state tax office (KPP) inquiries.

Financial Ledger Maintenance: Maintain meticulous day-to-day bookkeeping structures within the accounting software system, ensuring all transactional tax and cash flow lines are perfectly mapped against standard corporate policies. QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a highly technical fiscal management discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive, hands-on professional experience operating directly within Corporate Finance (AR/AP workflows) and Indonesian Taxation. Professional Certification: Mandatory possession of a valid Tax Brevet A & B Certification. Regulatory Literacy: Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the latest Indonesian tax regulations, reporting systems, and calculation parameters.

Software Competence: Proficient in operating official Indonesian e-tax systems (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Filing) alongside advanced spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) for complex database lookups and formulas.
