Junior Visual Merchandiser

South Jakarta, Indonesia (On-site) Full-time | Entry-level Ide Satu Darma (ISD) is a Jakarta-based design and visual merchandising agency specializing in creating engaging retail experiences and brand environments for leading international and local brands. Our work spans visual merchandising, retail branding, environmental graphic design (EGD), campaign execution, and store design for global retail brands.

We are looking for a Junior Visual Merchandiser who’s passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the fast-paced world of retail and visual merchandising. What You’ll Do Support the design and execution of in-store visual displays, window concepts, and seasonal campaigns. Assist the senior VM team in implementing brand guidelines across stores and ensuring consistency.

Coordinate with clients, fabricators, and installers to deliver quality visual setups on schedule. Prepare mockups, layouts, presentation materials, and visual proposals for client presentations. Prepare seasonal campaign reports and performance documentation. Participate in on-site installations and photo documentation. Contribute creative input during design discussions and team reviews.

What We’re Looking For A background in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related creative field. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or design. Strong sense of aesthetics, layout composition, and attention to detail. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and basic 3D tools (SketchUp or equivalent).

Hands-on, well-organized, and willing to learn on-site setup processes. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn.
