Executive Assistant

About the RoleThis role is for someone who is a self starter, hunts responsibility and can be a trusted confidant to the CEO. You will help keep the Founder organised, support daily coordination, and ensure tasks and teams stay aligned. You will help with life and work commitments, prepare documents, keep communication flowing smoothly, and be ready to jump in to put our fires! The days move fast and no week is the same.

Keep the Founder organised across both personal and work commitments. Follow up on action items with teams and ensure tasks progress. Track deadlines, priorities, and upcoming needs. Draft messages, summaries, and simple documents for sign off.

Support WhatsApp and inbox flow by preparing replies and keeping communication clear. Help coordinate between teams in Indonesia and abroad. Keep files, notes, and documents tidy and well structured. Assist with basic research, preparation, and project organisation. Bring ideas to improve how we manage time, tasks, and information. What We’re Looking ForFull time availability and based in Jakarta. Comfortable with long days when work is busy.

Strong written and spoken English. Good organisation skills and attention to detail. A self starter who takes initiative without waiting to be asked. Calm, reliable, and able to handle shifting priorities. Happy working at high speed in a growing company. Confident with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic productivity tools. Discretion, good judgement, and comfort handling private information. Someone who enjoys being trusted with meaningful responsibility.
