Measure and mix ingredients accurately.

Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and product quality. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and freshness. Prepare dough, fillings, creams, and other bakery ingredients as required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area. Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations. Minimize product waste and maintain proper stock usage.

Work efficiently as part of a bakery production team. Perform other bakery-related duties assigned by the supervisor. RequirementsPrevious experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or food production facility. Good knowledge of baking techniques and bakery production processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and food safety. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
