ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, overseeing all procurement and contract administration. Analyze tender documents and prepare detailed cost evaluations and pricing submissions. Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow, adjusting projections.

Administer contractual matters including progress/ variation claims and subcontract payments. Handle contractual disputes, evaluate claims, and determine entitlement for extensions of time and additional costs. Take full ownership of large-scale projects. Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, amendments, and supporting documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely finalization of contracts.

Develop procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets. Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve procurement efficiency. Conduct supplier assessments and selection exercises based on technical capability and track record. Lead commercial negotiations and manage vendor relationships to ensure contractual compliance.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering/ Building or related fieldsRelevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or managementA high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientedRelevant experience with a Main Contractor and leading a team #J-18808-Ljbffr. 000000.
