Responsibilities Manage customer purchase orders and forecast coordination with regional offices. Handle daily correspondence with internal teams and customers. Monitor customer forecasts and support monthly order processing. Coordinate inquiries with overseas offices and prepare internal purchase requests. Follow up on lead times and order confirmations. Liaise with the shipping team on shipment arrangements and documentation.

Requirements Diploma in Engineering preferred. 2 to 3 years of relevant sales admin or coordination experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Singaporean only need apply.
