Prepare Concept design, detailed design, tender design and issue for construction.

Liaise and coordinate with client, other consultants, contractors in development and implementation of the project until completion and advice on technical matters for Mechanical and Electrical related queries. Ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project. Prepare and vet drawings plan for submission to all Authorities. Liaise with appointed Mechanical and Electrical PE for all submission to authorities.

Attend to site progress meeting and site technical issues. Attend and liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection. Conduct testing and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical SystemAssist on the tender for all prospective projects.
