The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:Position / Job Title:Unit Head Digital Consumer & SME Financing (Agri & LOS) (AVP / VP)Reporting to:Wing Head Digital LendingEducational /Professional Qualification:Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of PakistanCandidates having a Masters degree in Finance / Business Management / Economics / Agriculture / Digital Banking and /or related fields would be preferredCertifications in Digital Lending / SME Lending / Agri Finance / Credit Risk / Data Analytics / Fintech would be preferredExperience:Minimum 06 years of experience in Credit Management and / or Relationship Management and / or Credit Analysis and / or Credit Administration and / or Credit Underwriting and / or Portfolio Management and / or Development of Fintech Eco-system in Financial Institution and / or Software House and / or I.
