Zameen.com is looking for a Manager Facility & Receivables to take ownership of two critical functions: keeping our Lahore office running smoothly on the facilities side, and managing the collection of outstanding receivables from clients and partners. This is a dual-charter position suited to someone who is equally comfortable coordinating vendors and negotiating payment terms with debtors.

Key

Responsibilities Facility Management Oversee the day to day upkeep of the Lahore office, including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and repairs Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, and negotiate contracts to control costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations across office premises Monitor facility budgets and track expenses against approved allocations Manage utility bills, lease agreements, and renewals with tenants.

Track and follow up on outstanding payments from clients, agents, and partners Prepare aging reports and share regular updates with finance leadership on collection status Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes and reconcile accounts Develop and enforce credit control policies to reduce overdue balances Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receivable ledgers Escalate long overdue accounts and coordinate with legal or recovery teams where needed Report on receivables performance including DSO (days sales outstanding) and collection targets.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 8 + years of experience, with exposure to both facility operations and accounts receivable or collections Strong negotiation skills, particularly with vendors and clients on payment terms Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience in real estate, e-commerce, or a similar fast-moving environment is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and
