Senior Manager Finance - Hightech Solutions

Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Senior Manager Finance in Lahore.

Responsibilities Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Develop financial strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and complete documentation.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Collaborate with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiencies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including board members and executives. Manage relationships with external financial institutions and auditors. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.

Requirements Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role for 6-10 years. Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations. Experience with financial management software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is a plus. Professional certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is preferred.
