Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Training & Development (L&D)

This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating Learning & Development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and support organizational objectives. The role involves conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs, and measuring training effectiveness.

Key

Responsibilities) Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in coordination with departmental stakeholders. Design, develop, and implement technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs. Prepare and execute annual training calendars aligned with business objectives. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post‑training analysis. Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.

Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain training records, reports, budgets, and other L&D documentation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and organizational development. Qualification & Experience MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

6–8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development, preferably in a manufacturing or large‑scale corporate environment.
