Position Analytics & Intelligence – Lead Analyst (Pharma CRM Measurement & Analytics) Roche India – Roche Services & Solutions – Chennai or Hyderabad Roche has established the Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) to drive analytics and technology‑driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates and global teams across the globe.

As a Lead Analyst (Pharma CRM Measurement & Analytics), you will play a critical role in supporting the Pharma CRM Platform / Product team in building and optimizing CRM measurement frameworks. You will lead the development of strategic performance scorecards, engagement velocity metrics, and activity‑based KPIs, and generate analytics that inform CRM platform simplification, user experience improvements, and commercial impact.
