About the role The IT&D Product Manager – core HR & T&A is part of the IT&D Transformation team, a team responsible for the Design, Delivery and sustenance of IT&D solutions in HR function. This role will be responsible for all applications supporting employee Joiner, Leaver, Transfer process, organization structure, absence and Time & attendance.

The role is responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programme and continuous improvement initiatives related to SuccessFactors and other applications within Reckitt. Your

responsibilities Lead the team to effectively delivery and maintain the IT application in accordance with business needs Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within Reckitt Identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with Reckitt practices Lead design workshops to gather

requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design The experience we're looking for 12 + years of experience in managing and implementing HR/ Rewards solutions Experience working with internal and external applications environment Strong knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee central module. Knowledge in SuccessFactors Absence modules and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.

Knowledge in integrations between SuccessFactors to External payroll and T&A systems Experience working in consolidation of applications especially T&A Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships The skills for success Absence Management, SuccessFactors, Stakeholder Management What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
