Requirements/

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experience. More than 3 years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician Experience in handling various equipment used in assembly of QFN, TQFP and SOIC packages. Knowledgeable in various machines for Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking and packing. Familiar with quality system such as TS16949, HSPM. Familiar with failure analysis techniques.
