About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Associate to join our busy real estate office. This role requires the ability to develop and execute processes while collaborating closely with the firm'sbrokers, director of property management and ownership.

The Marketing Department works hand-in-hand with our brokers and property management departmentsto create and broadcast engaging marketing materials, ensuring they are completed on time, accurately,and to a high standard of quality. As a Marketing Associate, you will follow up on property listings toensure they are posted properly and optimized to their fullest potential. • Update and maintain mailing lists using lead generation hits from Crexi, LoopNet, and otherplatforms.

• Coordinate the installation of property signs and window clings. • Draft and distribute press releases and journal publications. • Maintain knowledge of current marketing trends and implement new approaches wheresuitable.

• Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in professionalemail, text, virtual, and phone interactions. • Strong computer literacy and website management skills.
