About the Role As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of our Amazon USA private label business — from supplier coordination in China to Amazon FBA fulfillment in the U. S.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Operations ManagementOversee end-to-end supply chain operations from China suppliers to U. S.

Amazon FBA warehousesManage inbound logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and 3PL coordinationMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situationsDevelop and manage seasonal forecasting and replenishment plansTroubleshoot operational bottlenecks and shipping delays proactively Amazon Marketplace OperationsManage Amazon Seller Central operations and account healthResolve policy violations, IP complaints, and compliance-related issuesCoordinate inventory planning with PPC and marketing teamsMonitor product listings, rankings, and marketplace competitiveness Vendor & Purchasing ManagementSource and negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partnersManage purchasing activities while ensuring product quality and cost efficiencyBuild strong vendor relationships and oversee supplier performance Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a small operations teamEstablish operational KPIs and accountability systemsDrive continuous process improvement and operational excellenceLead by example through hands-on execution and problem-solving What Success Looks Like (KPIs)Maintain healthy inventory levels across Amazon FBA and 3PL warehousesImprove Amazon Inventory Performance Index (IPI)Reduce stockouts and excess inventoryDeliver accurate forecasting aligned with seasonal demand trends

Qualifications Must-Have Experience 3+ years of experience in Amazon operations, supply chain, or logisticsStrong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Seller Central, and 3PL operationsExperience handling China-to-USA international shipmentsProven forecasting and inventory planning expertiseHands-on experience resolving Amazon account health and compliance issuesStrong analytical and communication skillsAdvanced Google Sheets/Excel skills preferred Nice to Have Mandarin language skillsExperience launching Amazon productsFamiliarity with Helium 10, SoStocked, ClickUp, or AsanaPrior eCommerce team leadership experience
