Job PurposeThe Supply Chain and Finance Director is responsible for driving end-to-end financial performance and supply chain excellence across the business. The role integrates financial strategy, governance, and commercial decision support with supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, and customer service operations to deliver sustainable growth, strong margins, and efficient cost-to-serve.
As a key business partner to the General Manager and functional leaders, the role ensures disciplined execution of business plans, robust financial controls, and a resilient, agile supply chain that supports both current operations and future growth.
Key Accountabilities Business Performance and StrategyLead financial and operational planning processes (Annual Plan, Forecasts, IBP), ensuring alignment with business strategy and market prioritiesDrive delivery of key business metrics including Net Sales, Gross Margin, EBIT, working capital, and cash flowProvide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team to support growth, profitability, and investment decisionsTranslate commercial strategies into financially viable and operationally executable plans Financial Management and GovernanceEnsure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management aligned with the company standardsOversee accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timelinessLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across functionsDrive performance management through robust reporting, analytics, and actionable insights Commercial Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Foodservice teams to optimize pricing, trade investments, and portfolio profitabilityProvide financial challenge and insights on commercial initiatives including promotions, product launches, and channel strategiesEnable data-driven decision-making through strong analytics on margins, cost-to-serve, and return on investment End-to-end Supply Chain LeadershipLead all aspects of Supply Chain including demand and supply planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, and regulatory/FSQEnsure high service levels, optimal inventory, and efficient distribution to support customer and channel requirementsDrive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and service performanceManage supplier and third-party logistics relationships to ensure reliability and cost competitiveness Integrated Planning (IBP / S&OP)Own and lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP process, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply ChainDrive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and proactive risk managementBalance demand, supply, and financial outcomes to ensure business targets are met Cost Management & EfficiencyDrive cost discipline across both supply chain and overheads, identifying savings opportunities and productivity initiativesLead gross margin improvement through cost optimization, pricing support, and operational efficienciesOversee inventory and product costing to ensure accuracy and maximize profitability Transformation and Change LeadershipLead integration initiatives, system improvements, and operating model changes aligned with the company transitionDrive simplification, standardization, and process improvements across Finance and Supply ChainChampion a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Leadership and PeopleLead and develop high-performing Finance and Supply Chain teamsStrengthen functional capability in analytics, planning, and operational executionThrough recruitment, coaching, development, performance management, talent and succession planning, build the people capability required to deliver sustainable performance Key RelationshipsGeneral ManagerSales, Marketing Leadership TeamRegional Finance and Supply Chain TeamsExternal Partners (Auditors, 3PLs, Suppliers) Key
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. , SAP) and analytics tools.
